Roy Charles Roland, 66, of Bandera, Texas, passed away on May 4, 2023, in Kerrville, Texas. He was born at Eglin Air Force Base, in Florida, to George Roland and Doris Epperson on May 17, 1956.
He was a veteran of Vietnam and Desert Storm War and served in the US Navy. He was involved in Harley Davis biker groups, Moose Lodge, and various VFW. He went to school in Asheville, North Carolina and graduated from Enka High School. Roy worked at Sherwin Alumina where he later retired. He is survived by his daughters; Brandy Swan 44, of Kings Bay, Georgia and Krysta Faulkner 42, and husband Jason of Kings Bay, Georgia. Stepdaughters; Chastity Duncan 40, of Aransas Pass, Texas, and Jessica Morrison 38 of Virginia. Grandchildren; Braden Hernandez 24, Daniel Roland 23, Christopher Wages 20, Kyndall Duncan 20, Tori Wages 19, Hailey Morrison 6, Scarlet Faulkner 5, and Maverick Faulkner 4. Great Grandchildren; Graham Roland 6m and Parker Petersen 1. Brother; Rex Roland of Asheville, North Carolina. Other members of the family; Phala, Carmel, Sandra, Erin, as well as many wonderful friends. |
