Rick Ralph Plemmons, 67, of Waynesville, passed away Sunday, March 26, 2023.
Rick was a NC Farm Bureau Insurance agent for 39 years. He was a lifelong Tennessee Vols fan. A native of Buncombe Co., he was a son of the late Ralph and Juanita Graham Plemmons. Surviving is his wife, Ernestine Massey Plemmons; sons, Andrew Merritt Plemmons and Richard Daniel Plemmons; step-son, Bryan Greene (Christy); and grandson, Tillman Greene. |
