Other: My entire work life has been devoted to services for the elderly population of North Carolina. From 1987 to 1995, I owned and operated a retirement and assisted living community in Davie County, NC. After selling that business I began work with the NC Assisted Living Association, a trade association which represents retirement and assisted living providers in NC.
