Significant Events: 36 years- married to my high school sweetheart, Roger (EHS '73)! Three wonderful, handsome sons: Ben, ASU grad; Thad, WCU grad & masters at Florida State; and Logan, N.C. State. (We've invested in boys.) Thad is getting married in June to Heather, and we will finally have a daughter! After a year out of the classroom as an Instructional Coach with Buncombe County Schools, I am enjoying the challenge of teaching again at Pisgah Elementary. I am the sponsor of the Pisgah Elementary Trout Club- raising trout from eggs to release in South Hominy Creek!
Other: Roger is still teaching also, band director at Enka High.
